We will not sell your personal data or transfer it in any other way to an unauthorised third party, for any purpose whatsoever, including for the purpose of carrying out a third party’s promotional activities, except in the case of performing diagnostic procedures and for the needs of surgical procedures or supplementary health treatments in other healthcare institutions that are connected with the agreed treatments.
We particularly emphasise that the physician is obliged to keep confidential everything they learn about the patient’s health condition, as medical confidentiality. Medical confidentiality covers all information that the physician learns about the patient and their personal, family and social circumstances while practising their profession.
The physician is obliged to maintain accurate, comprehensive and dated medical records in accordance with the regulations on records in the field of healthcare, which at any time can provide sufficient information about the patient’s health condition and their treatment. The physician is obliged to present this documentation, upon request, to the ministry responsible for health, to state administration bodies in accordance with special regulations, to the Croatian Medical Chamber or to the judicial authorities.
The physician or the responsible person of a healthcare institution, company or other legal entity performing healthcare activities is obliged to protect documentation stored on electronic media against alteration, premature destruction or unauthorised use. Upon request, the physician is obliged to provide the patient with access to all medical documentation relating to the diagnosis and treatment of their illness. Medical documentation consists of the status chart, the medical history and photographs.

The data you provide to us as part of the performance of our service may be sent to our data processors for the purpose of accounting (data from invoices), as well as to the medical institutions with which we cooperate (diagnostic laboratories and other institutions). With regard to the contracts concluded with our partners, we have ensured that they meet the highest standards of personal data protection.
On this website we use two measurement tools — Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. Both are activated only with your consent, which we request through the consent management tool on your first visit. Analytics and marketing cookies are not enabled in advance.
We use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used: the number of visits, which pages are opened, how long visitors stay on them and which country they come from. We use this data to improve the user experience, to monitor the success of marketing campaigns and to analyse behavioural patterns.
The tool is loaded in consent management mode (Google Consent Mode). The script is present on the page from the start, but until you accept analytics cookies it sets no cookies on your device, stores no identifiers and does not recognise you on a return visit. Until then only anonymous, aggregate signals are transmitted to Google, with nothing written to your device. We do not use Google Analytics to process the content you enter into the contact form.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of ads on Facebook and Instagram and basic events on the website. Until you consent to marketing cookies it is not loaded at all — the page source contains neither Meta’s script nor the so-called noscript pixel, so there is no request to Meta before consent.
Through the Meta Pixel we do not send the content of contact forms, health data, diagnoses, the content of user messages, or data entered into form fields. Meta’s automatic configuration, which would otherwise read button clicks and form field content on its own, is switched off in the Pixel settings. We respect the restrictions Meta applies to health data sources and do not attempt to circumvent them.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Some are technically necessary for the correct and secure operation of the site and for remembering the language you selected and your consent preferences, while others are used for analytics or to measure marketing campaigns.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent basic use of the website or the sending of the contact form. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Manage consent link available on every page, and you can also remove cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
