Before the operation it is necessary to carry out all the required tests, given that larger procedures are performed under general anaesthesia.

The operation lasts 1-2 hours. After recovering from the anaesthesia, patients are discharged for home care with a cast placed on the nose and tampons in the nostrils. The tampons are removed after 1-2 days, and the immobilisation is taken off the nose after one week.
