A stronger hair-growth stimulation effect is achieved by transplanting the patient’s own fat tissue into the scalp area – currently a revolutionary method. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. From the donor region, most often the area of the abdominal wall or other parts of the body where there is excess fat tissue, the fat is harvested with special cannulas about 2 mm in diameter. The fat tissue is then processed to obtain the greatest possible potential. The fat tissue prepared in this way is injected into the areas of the scalp where the patient is losing hair or where the hair is weakened.
All of the listed therapies can slow down and reduce hair loss, but a cure that would prevent or heal baldness has still not been found, which is why the only reliable method for resolving baldness is hair transplantation using the FUE method. At Poliklinika Maletić we take an individual approach to our clients, and for each one we determine the therapy and procedure individually. Since we offer all diagnostic and therapeutic methods for combating baldness, for each client we create a protocol and determine the methods that are best specifically for them.
