This Cookie Policy explains which types of cookies and similar technologies we use on the Poliklinika Maletić website, for what purpose we use them, and how you can manage your choice.
Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device. Some are required for the correct and secure operation of the site, while others are used for analytics or to measure marketing campaigns. Cookies can be session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain stored for a defined period.
On your first visit to the website, a consent management tool is shown. You can accept all optional cookies, reject them, or open the settings and choose categories individually. Analytics and marketing cookies are not enabled in advance and are not set before you give your consent.
The two tools we use behave differently before consent, so we state this explicitly:

We use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used — for example, the number of visits and how visitors move through the content — so that we can improve the user experience. It sets cookies only with your consent for analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics to process the content you enter into the contact form.
We use the Meta Pixel only with consent for marketing cookies, in order to measure the performance of ads on Facebook and Instagram and basic events on the website. The Pixel is not loaded and sends no data before you accept the Marketing category.
Through the Meta Pixel we do not send the content of contact forms, health data, diagnoses, the content of user messages, or data entered into form fields. Meta’s automatic configuration, which would otherwise read button clicks and form field content on its own, is switched off in the Pixel settings, and we do not use automatic matching of form data to a user identity. Because a URL, its parameters or an event name on a healthcare website can reveal a sensitive context, before activating the Pixel we apply the available Meta restrictions for health data sources. We respect the restrictions Meta applies and do not attempt to circumvent them. If a particular measurement cannot be carried out without transmitting a sensitive health context, that measurement is not used.
The list reflects the actual technical configuration of this website. The durations stated were measured on this website on 17 September 2026; providers may change them, so we re-check them whenever the measurement tools change. Cookies in the Analytics and Marketing categories are set only after the corresponding consent — until then they are not present on your device.
